I run a wellness mentoring service to uplift the health, performance, self-belief, and confidence of young adults aged 14 and up.
My approach is about more than just training; it's about building connections, offering mentorship, and sparking positive habits for lifelong wellness.
In a world buzzing with influencers, social media and fashionable diets, finding the right path to health can feel overwhelming, especially for young people navigating this pivotal stage of life. That's where I come in, guiding them to develop a healthy relationship with movement and nutrition.
My mission is to inspire adolescents and young adults to embrace healthy habits through fun and relatable training methods and mentorship. I want to see teenagers confidently stepping into their future with a strong body and a healthy mind.

I offer a dynamic, progressive and structured training programme for young adults, specifically during term time. My approach focuses on small, socially inclusive groups of friends, meeting after school to exercise, learn and connect. My workouts won’t only help to build physical strength but also boost the feel-good hormones, fostering empowerment and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
