Dumbbells and resistance bands take center stage in this 45-minute STRENGTH class. While each week's workout may vary, the goal remains constant: to build strength and shape your muscles.
Every session begins with a targeted warm-up designed to prepare your body, followed by 35 minutes of full-body strength training routines.
Whether you're dealing with an injury, expecting, or new to weightlifting, each class is easily adaptable to ensure it's both effective and enjoyable for everyone.

2. core & restore
In this class, we’ll focus on lengthening and stretching the muscles in your back, hips, and legs through a slower-paced flow.
As the name suggests, it’s more than just stretching. You’ll combine deep core work with targeted stretches to rejuvenate your muscles and alleviate long-standing tension.
This 30-minute express class incorporates Pilates rings and blocks to enhance your movements, ensuring maximum efficiency and benefit.

3. seasonal run club
Welcome to the Tetragon Weekly Run Club! After a running-specific warm-up, we’ll set off from the office and follow a scenic route through Battersea Park, returning to the office once we're finished.
Once at the park, we’ll offer optional team intervals for those looking to push themselves. Prefer a more relaxed pace? No sweat!
For the run between the office and the park, we will aim to keep a pace between 4:45min/km and 6:00min/km, but everyone is welcome to join regardless of pace.

At the end of the session, you'll receive a detailed report with your personalised scores in the following areas:
Height, Weight, Body Fat Percentage, Lung Capacity (Peak Flow), Blood, Pressure, Flexibility, Aerobic Fitness and Strength Testing.

Looking for motivation, expert advice to maximise your gym sessions, or support with an injury? Book a 30-minute one-on-one consultation with David to discuss your needs.
Within 48 hours, a personalised training plan will be delivered directly to your phone, complete with detailed descriptions and video tutorials for each exercise.
